Receptionist / Customer Service / Admin

Expert Energy is looking for a friendly, organised and confident Receptionist / Customer Service Officer to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with enquiries, bookings and general administration while supporting our sales and service teams.

• Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries

• Booking solar, battery and service appointments

• Welcoming customers and visitors

• Managing emails and customer follow-ups

• Updating customer information and CRM systems

• Supporting the sales, service and admin teams

• Must have a great phone manner

• Friendly, confident and professional

• Organised and able to multitask

• Reliable and proactive

• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience preferred but not essential if your communication skills are great.

• Monday–Friday

• Minimum commitment 8am–12pm / 9am–1pm but full time hours available if you want to take on more responsibilities. Friday is a non-negotiable day to work.

• Casual position to start

• Casual award rate $33.71 Private Clerks MA00002

• Part-time or full-time permanent position available after trial period

• Located in Derwent Park
