Property Manager

Ray White Mittagong is seeking a confident and capable Property Management All-Rounder to become an important part of our team.

This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to take ownership of their role, confidently handle a variety of responsibilities and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our property management department.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and willing to get involved wherever needed. You will be comfortable communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople while managing competing priorities in a professional and approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of residential properties

• Communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Preparing inspection reports and related correspondence

• Maintaining accurate records and updating the property management system

About You

• Is confident and willing to take ownership of the position

• Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Remains calm and capable when handling difficult situations

Previous property management or real estate experience would be highly regarded; however, attitude, confidence and willingness to take on the role are especially important to us.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration OR Real Estate Licence and a valid driver’s licence is required.
