We’re looking for a driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Yatala team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Opportunity

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll support the Financial Operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expenses

• Apply purchasing limits and authorisations

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

• Code invoices, prepare journals, and process payments

• Reconcile supplier statements and support month end close

• Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of accounts payable or similar experience

• Sound understanding of accounting principles and systems

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle and Basware preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
