We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Cleaning Training & Quality Assurance Manager to drive high standards of cleaning performance, training and service quality across our operations.

This role will work closely with operational teams to ensure our cleaning employees are appropriately trained, competent and supported to deliver consistent, high-quality services. You will have a strong on-ground presence, conducting training and quality audits, identifying service gaps and supporting teams to implement practical improvements.

• Deliver cleaning inductions, refresher training and task-specific training to cleaning employees.
• Provide practical, on-the-job coaching to ensure employees understand cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals and site-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) audits and inspections across client sites.
• Identify service delivery gaps, quality issues and areas of non-conformance and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Track and follow up rectification actions to ensure issues are addressed within required timeframes.
• Monitor cleaning-related complaints, audit results and KPI performance.
• Provide on-ground coaching, guidance and support to cleaning teams and operational leaders.
• Maintain accurate training, competency, attendance and QA records.
• Monitor trends across audits, complaints, service failures and performance data to identify recurring issues.
• Develop and implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement in cleaning quality and service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to embed consistent cleaning standards and best practices across the business.
• Support the development and improvement of cleaning training materials, procedures and quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Strong experience within the commercial cleaning or facilities services industry.
• Previous experience in cleaning training, quality assurance, operations or a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, chemicals and industry best practice.
• Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
• The ability to confidently train, coach and engage employees across different levels of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work independently and spend significant time on-site supporting operational teams.
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between client sites as required.
