Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/ Senior Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment works. This is a nationally based role, meaning you can live in any state, with project‑based travel required when assigned to specific major projects.

This role does not oversee national operations; rather, you will act as a specialised site manager who is deployed to key projects where your expertise is needed.

You will work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent standards in safety, quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day site delivery for major remedial and structural upgrade projectsManage subcontractors, site crews, equipment, materials, and logisticsEnsure compliance with drawings, scopes, specifications, and quality expectationsOversee site safety, risk controls, and environmental standardsProvide expert guidance on complex remedial activities and construction stagingSupport project teams with methodologies, temporary works, and constructabilityMaintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersContribute to project reporting, progress tracking, and performance managementPromote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

Strong experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor in remedial, structural, civil, or refurbishment worksTechnical understanding of: Concrete repair, Coatings and corrosion protection, Structural strengthening, Façade remediation, Marine orindustrial asset repairsDemonstrated leadership in brownfield or live operational environmentsAbility to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentsStrong subcontractor and self‑perform work management experienceExcellent communication and client‑facing skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and performanceWillingness to travel to project sites as required

Desirable

Experience with bridges, wharves, marine structures, façades, stadiums, industrial assets, or major facilitiesExposure to temporary works (scaffolding, propping, formwork)Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or similar
