Site Supervisors & Site Managers – NSW Remedial Projects

About The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers to join our NSW Remedial team, delivering a range of specialist remedial projects across the region. These roles are ideal for hands‑on leaders with strong construction backgrounds, proven site management capability, and a commitment to safe, high‑quality project delivery.

In this role, you will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Projects span a variety of brownfield and operational environments, offering technically challenging and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day site operations on remedial projects across NSWCoordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site resourcesEnsure adherence to drawings, specifications, scopes, and quality standardsMaintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on siteOversee safety compliance, risk management, and environmental obligationsParticipate in planning, programming, and progress reporting

Support successful delivery of projects in marine, industrial, and structural remediation environments

Essential Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager (preferably in remedial or civil construction)Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes, and technical specificationsProven leadership of site teams in complex or brownfield environmentsExcellent communication and client‑facing skillsStrong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirementsStrong background in subcontractor management and self‑perform teamsAbility to manage stakeholders and asset owners/managersAbility to work across multiple clients with varying expectations

Preferred Background

Experience in remedial construction, marine structures, industrial environments, or infrastructure repairsExposure to concrete remediation and reconstruction, coatings, façade repair, structural strengthening, and temporary works (formwork, falsework, scaffolding)

Projects and Work Environment

You will work across a diverse range of NSW‑based remedial projects, including:

Wharf and marine infrastructureIndustrial and mining facilitiesRoad, rail, and bridge structuresBuildings and façadesStadium refurbishmentsTravel throughout NSW may be required depending on project locations.
