Site Supervisor (Remedial)

Cappa Construction & Maintenance is a specialised multi-disciplined remedial and civil contractor that delivers the highest quality asset maintenance and civil construction services to clients across NSW.  

We provide a wide variety of remedial services, including concrete repair, gunite spray, crack injection, and structural strengthening. We also deliver civil construction projects throughout NSW.

About the Role:

• You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly and meet project requirements

• Supervise work crew and subcontractors following health and safety compliance and productivity 

• Ensure all site policies and procedures are being adhered to

• Organising materials and site deliveries

• Accurately capture work hours 

• Lead weekly pre-start meetings and attend other meetings as required

About you:

Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years’ experience managing site operations and experience working in the Remedial and Maintenance industry:

• Strong site supervisory experience with proven track record

• Carpentry qualified (advantageous)

• Available for some weekends and able to travel to regional NSW at times

• Can make decisions and be accountable for your actions

• Excellent communication skills with clients, management team, employees and subcontractors

• Take initiate and get hands on when you need to

• Intermediate computer skills 

• Highly organised with attention to detail
