About the role
Cappa Construction & Maintenance is a specialised multi-disciplined remedial and civil contractor that delivers the highest quality asset maintenance and civil construction services to clients across NSW.
We provide a wide variety of remedial services, including concrete repair, gunite spray, crack injection, and structural strengthening. We also deliver civil construction projects throughout NSW.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly and meet project requirements
Supervise work crew and subcontractors following health and safety compliance and productivity
Ensure all site policies and procedures are being adhered to
Organising materials and site deliveries
Accurately capture work hours
Lead weekly pre-start meetings and attend other meetings as required
About you:
Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years’ experience managing site operations and experience working in the Remedial and Maintenance industry:
Strong site supervisory experience with proven track record
Carpentry qualified (advantageous)
Available for some weekends and able to travel to regional NSW at times
Can make decisions and be accountable for your actions
Excellent communication skills with clients, management team, employees and subcontractors
Take initiate and get hands on when you need to
Intermediate computer skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
