About the role

As a Leading Hand Electrical Tradesman at Fozlek, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality building and renovation services to our diverse portfolio of clients. Based in Perth WA, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a growing company that values workmanship, professionalism, and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and direction to the team

• Monitor work quality, safety performance and project progress

• Undertake a wide range of high-end building and renovation works

• Complete a small level of maintenance works where required

• Interpret plans and specifications to complete projects accurately and efficiently

• Operate various power tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner

• Collaborate with project managers, other tradespeople, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communication with clients

• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices

About you

• WA electrical license

• Hands on experience as a qualified tradesperson

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all relevant regulations

• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach

• Current driver's licence
