Bar and Wait Staff

Luna Ristorante, launching this August, is a new restaurant opening in Five Dock, Sydney bringing together authentic Italian food, vibrant guest experiences, and a strong community atmosphere. This spot will be seriously Italian offering:

· Salumerie

· Hand rolled pasta

· Extensive wine and cocktail menu

We're looking for passionate and experienced Wait and Bar Staff who can work alongside their team and deliver service excellence within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you'll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders with confidence.
• Recommend menu items and daily specials.
• Work closely with our kitchen team.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or bar experience.
• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday including public holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Pay: $26.44 – $33.05 per hour
