WHO WE ARE

Overlooking leafy Bourke Street Hill, Bottega serves some of Melbourne’s best modern Italian food. The menu takes inspiration from regional Italian cooking and pasta is all made by hand fresh daily. The interior has stylish leather booths and custom timber topped tables, perfect for a romantic evening, a pre-theatre feed, a long lunch or a late dinner.

THE ROLE

We are seeking some fresh faces for casual hours (15-20hrs per week) to build our existing FOH team.

If you love food, wine and being part of a close team, we want to hear from you. We provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service (while still having a bit of fun!) We are closed on Sunday's & Monday's which allows for that much needed work/life balance!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Individuals with a strong focus on service, food and wine
• Wait staff with previous experience is essential (min 2 years)
• Individuals with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with Italian food/wine will be highly regarded
• Must be available nights and weekends - particularly Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's
