Solar and Battery Sales Consultant

We're a trusted solar and battery solutions company with a strong reputation for quality installations and ethical sales. We're looking for a motivated Solar and Battery Sales Consultant to join our team, managing warm leads while actively developing new business opportunities.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

What you'll do

• Manage warm leads, convert them into happy customers, and maintain the customer relationship end-to-end

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including targeted outreach to commercial customers, referrals, networking and partnerships

• Conduct phone and face-to-face consultations to understand customers’ energy needs

• Visit customer sites where required for consultations and site assessments

• Work closely with our design team to develop tailored solar and battery proposals

• Present proposals clearly and guide customers through the decision-making process

What we're looking for

• Sales or business development experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate

• Comfortable managing inbound leads as well as proactively developing new business

• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and organised, with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Current driver's licence, own car and laptop

Please note: This role is only open to applicants based in Sydney. While the role offers hybrid flexibility, time in the office is encouraged, particularly while getting established, to support training, coaching and collaboration.
