State Compliance & Implementation Manager

As a State Compliance & Implementation Manager (SCIM), the role requires you to act as the Samsung product, security and fixture expert across all MX retail channels. The role of the SCIM will focus on empowering the field team to take full responsibility of the customer product experience, within their region, with a key focus on display compliance, to assist the conversion of customer consideration to purchase, driving product sell through.

 The SCIM works across all MX categories – phones, tablets, wearables and audio, resolving service/technical issues, maintaining state compliance and managing the rollout of fixture installations to all stores, covering key operators and retailers including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Officeworks and many others.

•   Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
