Section Waiters

The Role

We are looking for energetic and passionate section waiters, preferably with fine-dining experience, to strengthen our front of house team across all levels of our Little Collins flagship.

As a section waiter, you will lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within both The Lodge Dining Room and the Cellar & Wine Bar, guiding our guests through our dining menus and extensive wine offering curated by master sommelier, Cameron Douglas.

This role could also suit a Junior Sommelier seeking further experience and training in wine service.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• a minimum of 2 year experience as a section waiter, ideally in a hatted environment

• a good understanding of wine and service technique

• weekend availability, working across a Tuesday-Saturday operation

• excellent customer service, dedicated to keeping high standards

• a warm and personable character, with a genuine passion for hospitality and restaurant service
