With continued growth across our pipeline of works, we are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Technician to join our tightknit team.

About the Role
As part of our three-person team, you'll work closely with the owner and our apprentice across a genuine mix of residential, commercial, and government installation projects throughout Sydney. Because we're a small, hands-on crew rather than a large impersonal outfit, you'll see projects through from start to finish and have real input into how the job gets done. You will be responsible for:

• Installing a full range of systems — split and multi-head, ducted, VRV/VRF, and package units — across both commercial and residential sites

• Running pipework, ductwork, electrical connections and controls to a high standard

• Commissioning systems to manufacturer specifications, working independently once on site

• Carrying out quality checks and handling client handover professionally, representing the business directly to customers

• Keeping compliance and job documentation up to date digitally through SimPRO

• Mentoring and working alongside our apprentice, helping bring them up to speed on-site

Given the size of the team, you won't be one of many installers on a job — you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, with direct access to the owner rather than layers of management.

All work is based in Sydney.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Current Driver's Licence

• Proven experience installing split systems through to package units

• Experience across both commercial and residential installations

• Ability to diagnose HVAC system’s

• Ability to commission systems independently

• Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively

• Pride in workmanship and presentation

Highly Regarded:

• High Experience with VRV/VRF installations

• Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence

• Leadership capability or mentoring apprentices
