Swift Air Conditioning is an established Sydney-based air conditioning company with over 25 years of industry experience, operating out of Peakhurst. They specialise in residential and light commercial installations across Sydney, covering ducted, split, multi-head and VRV systems. What you'll be doing?

• System Installation — Install a wide variety of air conditioning systems including ducted, split, multi-head and VRV, across residential homes, renovations, new builds and light commercial projects throughout Sydney.

• Plan Reading & Compliance — Read and interpret plans to ensure all installations are completed to manufacturer specifications and the highest standard of workmanship.

• Worksite Management — Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised worksite at all times, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety and professionalism.

• Customer Engagement — Deliver professional, friendly on-site customer service, representing the company with pride and care on every job.

Who are they looking for?

• Hands-on Installation Experience — A minimum of 3 years of experience installing air conditioning systems is required to hit the ground running in this role.

• Trade Qualification — A recognised trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is essential to carry out work to the required industry standards.

• Refrigerant Handling Licence — A current Refrigerant Handling Licence is required, ensuring safe and compliant handling of refrigerants on the job.

• Valid Driver Licence — A current Australian Driver Licence is needed, as the role involves travelling across Sydney to various project sites.

• Ducted Systems Experience — Demonstrated experience installing ducted air conditioning systems is an important part of this role.

• Plan Reading & Independence — The ability to read plans and work independently is key to delivering quality installations with minimal supervision.

• Attention to Detail — A genuine pride in producing neat, high-quality installations that reflect well on both the individual and the company.

• Problem Solving Ability — Strong problem-solving skills to confidently navigate challenges that may arise on site.

• Professionalism & Reliability — Being reliable, punctual and well-presented is important in representing the client professionally at every site.

• Communication Skills — Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and interact positively with customers.

• Safety Commitment — A solid commitment to workplace safety, ensuring a secure environment for yourself, colleagues and clients at all times.

• Australian Working Rights — Current Australian residency with unrestricted working rights is required for this position; visa sponsorship is not available.

Highly regarded:

• Daikin & Fujitsu Experience — Familiarity with Daikin and Fujitsu systems will be looked upon favourably.

• Additional Tickets — Holding a White Card, EWP, Working at Heights or Scissor Lift tickets will strengthen an application.
