From daily food service operations to special events and functions, the culinary team plays an important role in delivering high-quality food experiences across the campus.

We are seeking a professional Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and enjoy the fast-paced environment that school catering and hospitality has to offer. We are looking for an outstanding individual with experience in busy kitchen operations, catering, functions and events, and a passion for delivering fresh, high-quality food.

Do you have?
Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
Relevant Chef qualifications or equivalent trade experience
HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
Experience working in high-volume catering environments
Ability to work across a range of food service offerings, including daily operations, events and functions
Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
Ability to produce quality food using fresh ingredients and demonstrate creativity
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passion, dedication, reliability and a willingness to learn
Flexible and positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
