The Opportunity

For many clients, this is one of the most enjoyable parts of the entire building journey.

You’ll become the trusted person guiding homeowners through their colour, finish and product selections, helping transform ideas into a home they’ll love for years to come.

Rather than rushing clients through endless appointments, you’ll enjoy a manageable workload of just two or three appointments each week, giving you the time to deliver an exceptional experience.

Working closely with the drafting and estimating teams, you’ll ensure selections are practical, achievable and ready to move seamlessly into construction.

No two appointments are ever quite the same, making this a role that perfectly combines creativity, client interaction and technical knowledge.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Meeting with clients to guide them through colours, finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry and product selections

• Helping clients achieve the look they want while remaining within budget and available product ranges

• Preparing and documenting selections accurately for estimating and construction

• Working closely with drafting and estimating to ensure a smooth transition into the next stage of the build

• Answering client questions and providing expert advice throughout the selections process

• Creating an enjoyable, memorable experience during one of the most exciting stages of building a new home

About You

You’ll already have experience within Perth’s residential construction industry and genuinely enjoy helping clients make important decisions.

You’ll also bring:

• Previous experience in a Prestart Consultant role within residential building

• Strong knowledge of fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, flooring and interior products

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for customer service
