The organisation focuses on high-quality instruction that equips participants with the skills and confidence needed to respond effectively in emergencies.Role Description The Contractor First Aid Trainer is a contractor, role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. The trainer will deliver accredited CPR, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis courses to a range of client groups, ensuring all sessions meet regulatory and RTO standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up training environments at client locations or designated venues, and delivering interactive, scenario-based instruction. The role also involves assessing participant competence, maintaining accurate training records, and providing clear feedback and support to learners.QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and demonstrated experience delivering adult education or vocational training.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain complex concepts clearly.Proven ability to work on-site across the Greater Melbourne Area, manage schedules independently, and maintain accurate training documentation.Current Working With Children Check, police check, and valid driver’s license; familiarity with RTO compliance standards is highly beneficial.
