🚧 Business Development Manager — ACT/NSW | Based in Canberra or Wollongong 💰 $110K base + super + vehicle + fuel card | $190K OTE
Sell something with a real reason to exist.
Construction H&S is buried in paperwork no one reads. HazardCo built a mobile-first platform that puts safety management in a builder's back pocket, not a filing cabinet. It works, it's growing, and now they're adding someone to work within the ACT/NSW region.

Who we're after:✔️ Genuine field sales experience — you've built a territory before✔️ Self-motivated hunter, not someone who needs managing✔️ Comfortable from boardroom to building site✔️ Plays the long game on relationships, keeps a clean pipeline
Construction/trades or SaaS sales background helps, but isn't essential. What matters is you can build a pipeline from scratch and hit targets.
