An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and dedicated Certificate or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our amazing team at Kids Paradise Long Street.

Kids Paradise Long Street is a family-owned and owner-operated early learning service that has proudly supported children and families since 2010. We are a 60-place service providing high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, including registered 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten programs.

At Kids Paradise Long Street, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive and welcoming culture where educators feel valued, respected and inspired every day. As an owner-operated service, our leadership team is actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the centre, providing ongoing support, guidance and mentoring to our educators.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

You will have:

• A Certificate or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

• A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Child Safe Standards.

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality education and care.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture.

• A commitment to continuous improvement, reflective practice and professional learning.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Previous experience in an early childhood setting (desirable).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

• Current Working With Children Check.

• Current Victorian Police Check.

• Mandatory reporting training & Child Safe Training, or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
