Food and Beverage Attendant

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences for our residents by delivering friendly, attentive service in a warm and welcoming environment. Working as part of our Hospitality team, you'll serve meals and beverages, support events and functions, and build meaningful connections with residents.  Full-time position with Monday to Friday availability required. 

• Ensure that resident and guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and an exceptional service is always delivered
• Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with resident expectations
• Ensure the dining areas are clean and well always presented and assist with cleaning duties as required
• Deal with resident and guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner and escalate complaints and comments as required
• Assist in the set up and preparation and provide service duties for functions as required
• Support kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Completion of accredited Barista Course (desirable)
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
