Our Preston retail bakery is looking for two passionate and reliable team members to join our bakery production team.

Start: 2:00 PM

We are looking for a baker who enjoys producing quality fresh bread and working in a busy bakery environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Mixing and preparing bread dough

• Dividing, weighing and shaping dough

• Preparing dough for proofing and baking

• Following recipes and production schedules

• Maintaining consistent quality and presentation

• Keeping the bakery production area clean and organised

• Working efficiently as part of the bakery team

Previous bakery experience is preferred.

Start: 5:00 AM

We are looking for a pastry chef to work closely under the supervision of our Head Pastry Chef.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and producing Danish pastries and other pastry products

• Working with laminated pastry dough

• Shaping and preparing pastries for baking

• Following recipes and production standards

• Maintaining high-quality presentation and consistency

• Assisting the Head Pastry Chef with daily pastry production

• Keeping the pastry section clean and organised

Experience with Danish and laminated pastry is highly desirable.

🕑 Baker: 2:00 PM start
🕔 Pastry Chef: 5:00 AM start
