About the Role
This part-time role (12 rostered hours per fortnight) provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced health professional to support the delivery of quality training and competency assessments for our workforce. Working alongside the GCSS Nurse Educator, the successful applicant will help ensure our staff are equipped to safely deliver NDIS High Intensity Supports while maintaining high standards of practice and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering High Intensity Support training and competency assessments
Supporting training delivery in both classroom and workplace settings
Auditing staff competency and practice standards
Maintaining training records and reporting
Supporting refresher training activities
Contributing to a culture of safe, effective and person-centred support
Applicants must hold unrestricted registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, or other relevant medical professional, together with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
