Downtown Deniliquin is seeking enthusiastic, experienced Restaurant Manager, Bar Staff, Cocktail Bartenders and Waitstaff to join our team in Deniliquin, NSW.

About the Roles

As part of our front-of-house team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

·       Responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Bar Staff & Cocktail Bartenders

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Create and serve cocktails

• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.

• Operate EFTPOS and process customer payments accurately.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory control.

• Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

·        Training will be provided for those starting a career in Hospitality.

Waitstaff

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and attentive table service.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients and beverage options.

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.

• assist customers with enquiries.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Assist with opening, closing and general venue duties as required.

·        Training will be provided for those starting a career in Hospitality.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar or restaurant service is highly desirable.

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A positive and professional attitude.

• The ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.

• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support other members of the team.

• Good attention to detail and presentation.

• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.
