Spanning three stunning levels, including the stylish Melba's rooftop and Cruise Bar and Restaurant below, we serve up unforgettable experiences with unrivalled views of Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House.

We're now on the lookout for Cocktail Bartenders and Waitstaff to join our team and bring energy, personality, and top-tier service to every guest moment.

About the role

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards on the floor

• Complete shift checklists and support smooth operations

• Comply with RSA regulations to keep service professional and safe

About You:

• Bright, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality

• Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends

• Team player with flexibility for a rotating seven-day roster

• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do work ethic

• Ability to juggle multiple guests while keeping your cool under pressure

• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred (but attitude is key!)

• Current RSA certificate required
