About You:Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store environmentStrong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectivelyCustomer focused with superior customer service skillsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operationsExcellent time management and prioritisation skills
