Finance Administrator (Accounts Payable)

What You’ll be Doing

• End-to end accounts payable processing: Ensure accurate, timely processing and coding of supplier invoices, including managing approvals and maintaining complete records.
• Payment Processing: Preparing scheduled and ad hoc payment runs.
• Reconciliations and Financial Accuracy: Perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all financial data is accurate and properly recorded.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Maintain compliance with policies and controls, keep records audit-ready, and support audit requirements.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving invoice and payment issues efficiently.
• Financial Support: Monitor budgets, assist with financial analysis, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with the finance team to support AP/AR processes and maintain data integrity.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position
• Exposure to Retail or other property-based businesses.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficiency with Yardi or equivalent property management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and maintain data integrity.
