Location: Sydney, (Hybrid – office days aligned with project teams)
Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract (ASAP start to 10/02/2027) with potential for extension
Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour + super (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (7.6 hours/day with potential for overtime)

Our client operates at the heart of Australia's critical digital infrastructure, delivering large-scale network, technology, and telecommunications field operations nationwide. They lead major national network rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs, managing widespread field teams, sub-contractors, and site operations.

In this role, you will support the Transformation Director and specific operational module teams during a major field transformation initiative. You will act as the key link between corporate project leadership and the hands-on delivery teams on the ground, creating structure and scalable communication models for a large subcontracted field workforce.
