What’s the role?

• Reporting to the Senior Retail Operations Consultant, our Retail Operations Consultants are responsible for:
• Driving regional sales, profit, and customer experience through strong people leadership, planning, and operational standards
• Partnering with and coaching franchisees and store managers to improve financial performance, customer outcomes, and compliance
• Analysing financial and operational reports to identify risks, opportunities, and targeted improvement actions
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring regional and store-specific business plans and budgets
• Managing regional sales, gross profit, and expenditure to achieve company financial targets
• Using data and reporting (e.g. wages, COGS, profitability) as a coaching and performance improvement tool
• Conducting regular store visits to review standards, providing feedback, and supporting operational excellence
• Maintaining expert knowledge of Shift8 POS and back-office reporting to support stores as required
• Building trusted, professional relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and partners, representing the Gelatissimo brand
• Monitoring compliance, follow up on corrective actions, escalate issues where required, and support franchisee exits when necessary
