We're looking for a Site Activation & Projects Coordinator to bring new opportunities to life.

Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll sit between Business Development and Operations, taking ownership of everything that happens after a new site or opportunity is secured. Your role is to ensure every activation is delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with contractors, suppliers, technology partners and our internal team to plan, organise and deliver each activation.

This is not a traditional desk-based project management role.

Yes, you'll plan projects, coordinate contractors and manage timelines—but you'll also walk sites, inspect buildings, test technology, help install signage, solve practical problems and do whatever it takes to get a site ready for customers.

• Lead the activation of new sites from signed agreement through to operational handover.

• Organise site inspections, planning and practical setup requirements.

• Coordinate signage, line marking, fencing, cleaning, landscaping, minor works, access and overall site presentation.

• Deliver technology-based activations including CCTV, access control, communications, LPR, boom gates and payment systems.

• Work alongside electricians, builders, signwriters, civil contractors, line markers, technology providers and other specialist suppliers.

• Obtain quotes, compare options and help deliver practical, cost-effective outcomes.

• Track activation timelines, budgets and project milestones.

• Support improvements, maintenance and operational projects across existing sites.

• Continuously look for better, smarter and more efficient ways to activate sites as the business grows.

You'll probably come from a practical background.

You might be an electrician, builder, carpenter, security technician, access control installer, communications technician, civil supervisor, construction supervisor, facilities coordinator or someone who's spent years bringing practical projects to life.

Your background is important.

Your mindset is even more important.

You're practical, organised, commercially aware and resourceful. You're comfortable coordinating people, making decisions and keeping projects moving. You don't need to know everything, but you're naturally curious and confident enough to figure things out.

• $80,000–$90,000 + superannuation.
