Aftercare Consultant

About the Role

As an Aftercare Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored aftercare solutions that meet each customer's individual needs. You'll guide customers through our range of protection products and accessories while ensuring a seamless, professional experience from vehicle purchase through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable aftercare products and services.

• Present and explain the benefits of vehicle protection products, accessories and ownership solutions.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure all purchased products are installed and ready before vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and daily activity updates.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide outstanding after-sales support.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and manufacturer offerings.

• Contribute to achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Work collaboratively with all dealership departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, finance & insurance, aftercare, customer service or a similar consultative sales role.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Confidence presenting products and explaining their benefits.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Strong computer literacy.

• A current Australian driver's licence.
