Pacific Hyundai Pty Ltd is looking for two motivated New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our growing Sunshine Coast dealerships.

We have two positions available:

• 1 x Sales Consultant – Maroochydore GWM & Renault
• 1 x Sales Consultant – Caloundra GWM

This is a great opportunity to join established dealerships representing some of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive brands.

About the Role

As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling both new and used vehicles
• Responding promptly to showroom, phone and online enquiries
• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
• Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
• Working closely with Finance & Insurance and management teams
• Maintaining accurate customer and enquiry information within our CRM
• Assisting with vehicle merchandising and presentation
• Achieving individual and dealership sales targets
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process

About You

We are looking for people who are energetic, professional and genuinely enjoy dealing with customers.

Automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have a strong background in retail, hospitality, real estate, customer service or another sales environment, we would still love to hear from you.

You will ideally have:

• A strong sales and customer-service focus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• A proactive approach to following up opportunities
• The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
• A current Australian driver’s licence
