Nuvoletta Gelateria in Carnegie is looking for an energetic, reliable, and passionate Shop Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, long-term contract. • Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our community.
• Manage stock, maintain inventory, and ensure the gelato display is perfectly presented.
• Support and guide casual staff during busy afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
