The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced West Gosford Commercial Division.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing commercial plumbing projects from quote to completion—compiling precise quotes, tracking orders, and co-ordinating deliveries through our modern warehousing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote & Order Co-ordination: Compile accurate quotes for large-scale commercial projects, processing invoices, credits, and special orders.

• Logistics & Inventory: Liaise with multiple warehouses to manage stock availability and streamline delivery schedules.

• Client & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, plumbers, suppliers, and internal sales reps.

• Administrative Excellence: Ensure documentation, orders, and customer queries are handled with high accuracy and speed.

What You’ll Bring

• Communication & People Skills: Great written and verbal communication with a clear focus on exceptional customer service.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to paperwork, quotes, and order entry.

• Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive team player who is keen to learn and expand their technical product knowledge.

• Industry Exposure (Highly Regarded): Prior experience in plumbing, building supplies, or construction is a definite plus, but full product training will be provided to the right person!
