The Opportunity

Working closely with our Settlements Supervisor, you'll help ensure finance contracts are settled accurately, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing settlement requests and reviewing loan documentation
• Preparing settlement figures and managing disbursements
• Completing PPSR registrations
• Conducting customer confirmation calls
• Sending remittances and issuing welcome packs
• Managing post-settlement activities, including PPSR removals

What You'll Bring

• Experience in settlements, loan processing or finance administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
• A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
