You already know how to support customers, stay calm when things get busy, work as part of a team and solve problems as they arise. Those are valuable skills, and they can transfer into more roles than you might think.

At Go Insurance, we’re looking for Customer Service Officers who can bring that experience into a new environment, learn something different and take the next step in their career. You don’t need insurance experience. We love working with people from completely different industries and helping them grow into the world of travel insurance.

What matters most to us is that you love customer service and are reliable, willing to learn, comfortable taking ownership and ready for a new challenge. If you’ve spent the last few years building your customer service skills in retail, hospitality, fast food or another busy customer-focused environment, you may already have many of the skills we’re looking for.

If you think you’d love helping customers across phone, email and live chat, learning new systems and working in a full-time Monday to Friday office environment, this could be a great opportunity to take the customer service skills you’ve already built and use them in a new industry, while continuing to learn and grow.

We’ll support you to learn our products, systems and processes along the way.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, supporting them across phone, email and live chat. A typical day might include:

• Helping customers understand their policy and cover
• Answering questions and resolving enquiries wherever you can
• Preparing quotes and helping customers make changes to their policy
• Supporting customers through medical screening, amendments and cancellations
• Processing payments, refunds and other policy transactions accurately
• Keeping clear and accurate records of customer interactions
• Knowing when something needs a little extra help and getting it to the right person
• Working alongside a team that genuinely backs each other
