Experienced Polyurethane Undercoater / Sander

Full-time (casual applicants welcome)
$40–$55 per hour + super + overtime — based on proven ability

Sprayworx Poly Coaters is a polyurethane finishing business based in the Sutherland Shire, specialising in kitchen doors, panels and joinery components.

We are looking for an experienced polyurethane undercoater / sander who understands the preparation process and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality work.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands polyurethane preparation, sanding, surface rectification and the correct use of BC Coatings primers and undercoats.

Our workshop is well equipped with new preparation stations and a new 10-metre undercoat booth, giving you the right equipment and space to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of finish.

• Undercoating doors, panels and joinery components

• Working with BC Coatings primers and undercoats

• Sanding and preparation between coats

• Filling and rectifying surface imperfections

• General handling and factory duties as required

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  

• Proven experience in polyurethane undercoating and sanding of kitchen doors and panels

• Strong understanding of polyurethane preparation processes

• Experience with BC Coatings products highly regarded

• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable, efficient and productive
