Sales Advisor

You’ll love this role if you’re naturally good with people, enjoy working towards goals and want your effort to influence what you earn.

You’ll spend most of your day speaking with customers who’ve already started a quote, so you’re not cold calling or searching for leads. Instead, your focus is understanding what matters to each customer, explaining their options clearly and helping them navigate the cover that’s right for them.

Some conversations are straightforward. Others take resilience, confidence and the ability to work through questions or objections. In this role, you’ll work towards clear goals while doing what you do best: building rapport, solving problems and seeing your effort reflected in your results.

You won’t be expected to figure it all out on your own. You’ll receive paid training, then ongoing coaching and feedback several times a week to keep building your confidence and sales skills. Learning how to handle objections, bounce back from the “no’s” and keep improving is all part of the role, and you’ll have leaders who genuinely invest in helping you reach a level you may not have thought possible.

What you'll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs 
• Speak with customers on the phone and help them understand and choose the right cover 
• Build rapport, uncover customer needs learn how to guide conversations confidently 
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly  
• Navigate multiple systems while managing customer information accurately 
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while building strong sales habits 
• Learn how to handle objections and turn challenging conversations into positive outcomes 
• Develop your sales capability through regular training, coaching and ongoing feedback
