Sales Advisor

Your day will be built around structured calls with customers who want to talk through their quote, so you're not cold calling or searching for leads. You’ll follow a script, explain options clearly and guide decisions while working toward clear sales targets.

There’s repetition, steady pace and accountability for results. You’ll need to stay accurate while moving quickly between calls and systems. But if structure helps you perform at your best, this role gives you exactly that.

Training is paid, coaching is regular and feedback is consistent. You build confidence week by week, earn bonuses for strong results and help real people feel clear and confident about their cover.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Chermside
• Speak with customers on the phone and help them understand and choose the right cover 
• Build rapport, uncover customer needs learn how to guide conversations confidently 
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly  
• Navigate multiple systems while managing customer information accurately 
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while building strong sales habits 
• Learn how to handle objections and turn challenging conversations into positive outcomes 
• Develop your sales capability through regular training, coaching and ongoing feedback
