Job Title: Manager - Integrated & Allied Health Services

CatholicCare Tasmania is the primary social services agency of the Catholic Church across Tasmania. We have 60 years’ experience delivering a wide range of services and support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing. Our services are available and open to all with a particular focus on families, young people and children.
The Manager – Integrated & Allied Health Services provides strategic leadership, coordination and oversight of a diverse and evolving portfolio of statewide programs. These currently include Allied Health services (Speech Pathology, Psychology and Occupational Therapy), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), External Professional Supervision, Adoptions, Child Inclusive Practice (CIPs), Integrated Hubs, and other aligned or emerging programs as determined by organisational need.
The position is responsible for ensuring high quality, integrated, trauma informed and values aligned service delivery across Tasmania, while strengthening workforce capability, stakeholder relationships and service sustainability. A key focus of the role is the development, growth and stewardship of fee for service provision, alongside funded programs, to support organisational impact, responsiveness and long-term viability.
What you will bring
• Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, Health Management or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibility grounded in integrity, clarity and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Highly developed written, analytical and verbal communication skills, including experience reporting to Executive level
• Demonstrated experience in developing, managing or growing fee‑for‑service or commercial service offerings within the community or health sector

Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision and values of CatholicCare Tasmania and an understanding of the Catholic social services context.
2. Demonstrated senior leadership experience within allied health, health or human services, preferably in a statewide or multi‑program environment.
3. Demonstrated ability and experience in providing clinical supervision, consultation and debriefing to professional employees regarding direct service delivery.
4. Proven ability to build, influence and sustain relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and sectors.
5. Demonstrated experience in developing, managing or growing fee‑for‑service or commercial service offerings within the community or health sector.
6. Strong experience in workforce leadership, supervision frameworks and capability development.
7. Highly developed written, analytical and verbal communication skills, including reporting to Executive level.
8. Sound knowledge of safeguarding, quality assurance, risk management and relevant legislative requirements.
