About Us

Gold Coast Allied Health is a multidisciplinary clinic opening on 14 September in the heart of Robina, offering modern consulting rooms to independent allied health practitioners. Our team already includes Sport Psychologist, General Psychologist, Counsellor, Osteopath, Massage Therapist, Nutritionist/Dietitian and Social Worker — and we're now looking to grow our Occupational Therapy offering, alongside potential Speech Pathology and Podiatry practitioners.

Our location at 1/138 Robina Town Centre Drive sits within a precinct that includes a GP clinic, giving you natural cross-referral opportunities and a steady flow of foot traffic in one of the Gold Coast's busiest hubs.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our clinic as an independent practitioner, with room also available for Speech Pathologists and Podiatrists interested in a similar arrangement.

This is not an employee role — you'll run your own independent practice from our rooms, keep control of your own client base, set your own fees, and manage your own hours. We provide the space, presence and support that makes it easy to hit the ground running.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration (or relevant professional association membership) in your discipline

• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it

• Genuine interest in operating an independent practice within a supportive multidisciplinary environment

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside other allied health professionals on-site

How This Works

You'll operate as an independent contractor under a services agreement, paying a facilities/services fee to the clinic in exchange for room access and support — while you retain full ownership of your patient relationships, records and practice. It's the flexibility of private practice with the support of a ready-made clinic environment.
