Black & White Cabs Victoria is one of Victoria's leading taxi networks, providing safe, reliable and professional transport services across metropolitan and regional Victoria. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Operations Officer to join our Victorian Operations team. This diverse role combines fleet management, customer service, compliance, operator support and business development. You will play a key role in growing and retaining our fleet while delivering outstanding support to drivers, operators and customers across Victoria.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Victoria, you will support the day-to-day operation of our fleet while maintaining strong relationships with operators, drivers and industry stakeholders. You will contribute to the continued growth of the network by managing fleet affiliations, resolving operational issues and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and retain the Black & White Cabs Victoria fleet

• Manage operator affiliations, onboarding, inductions, agreements and documentation

• Build relationships with fleet operators and drivers

• Respond to Service Desk enquiries and operational issues

• Manage driver enquiries and customer feedback

• Investigate passenger and driver complaints

• Coordinate vehicle fit-outs, fleet onboarding and network integration

• Monitor network fee collections and assist with account management

• Liaise with Safe Transport Victoria, VicRoads and other stakeholders

• Maintain accurate operational records

About You

You are a proactive and professional individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience in fleet operations, transport, logistics, customer service, administration, dispatch, automotive, or a related field.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence in handling enquiries and complaints professionally.

• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
