National Account Manager - Multi Pillar Growth

At Asahi Beverages, we're looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager to lead growth across a diverse portfolio of customers and emerging retail channels. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic account management with new business development, identifying opportunities that expand our reach, distribution and revenue across some of Australia's most exciting growth channels.

In this highly visible role, you'll take ownership of key customers across Pharmacy, Hardware, Campbells Cash & Carry and Foodservice, while also leading white space innovation across  major retailers and independent opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute national growth strategies across priority customers and emerging channels
• Identify and secure new distribution, ranging and revenue opportunities
• Lead Joint Business Planning with key customers and strategic partners
• Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs and annual commercial agreements
• Partner cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management and Field Sales teams
• Drive profitable growth through strong commercial decision making and customer investment strategies
• Leverage shopper, outlet and market insights to identify white space opportunities and accelerate growth
• Support the launch and expansion of innovation and new product initiatives across new channels

About You

You are a commercially driven account manager who thrives on finding opportunities where others see challenges.

You'll bring:

• National Account Management experience within FMCG or a related industry
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building capability
• Experience developing and executing customer growth strategies
• A track record of delivering revenue and distribution growth
• Confidence influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and unlock new opportunities
• Experience in Pharmacy, Hardware, Foodservice or other non-traditional retail channels will be highly regarded
