Help Keep Regional Western Australia Moving
The Public Transport Authority is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Operations Support Officer to join Transwa's Operations Team. In this diverse and rewarding role, you will provide essential operational, administrative, and customer service support that helps keep our regional rail services running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Working closely with frontline employees and key stakeholders, you'll play an important part in delivering the high-quality travel experience our customers expect across the Transwa network.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
To be eligible to work permanently at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen, have Permanent Residency status or hold a current visa with permanent working rights in Australia.
