Day to Day

• Prospecting for prospective sellers and landlords

• Building and nurturing your client database

• Identifying new Sales and Property Management opportunities

• Attending and assisting with listing presentations

• Conducting open homes and property inspections

• Managing and following up buyers

• Assisting with sales campaigns and negotiations

• Progressing toward independently securing your own listings

About You

We're looking for attitude and ambition, not necessarily experience. You'll be:

• Confident and comfortable speaking with people

• Motivated by goals and results

• Resilient and willing to prospect consistently

• Organised and proactive

• Coachable and eager to develop

• Ambitious about building a long-term real estate career

The Details

• $65,000–$75,000 package + commissions

• Commissions across both Sales and Property Management

• $100K + OTE opportunity

• No traditional debit/credit structure

• Monday to Saturday with a weekday off in lieu

• NSW Certificate of Registration essential

• Cert iv real estate practice an advantage

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
