Account Manager - Canning Vale WA

Your Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow an established construction customer portfolio across Perth WA. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll identify opportunities, deliver exceptional service and help achieve sales and margin targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customers, building strong long-term relationships 
• Achieve sales and margin targets by identifying and converting growth opportunities within existing accounts 
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM 
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues effectively 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to develop strategic sales opportunities 

You’ll bring: 

• Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or B2B sales 
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills 
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to identify and grow opportunities 
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 
• Commercial awareness and industry experience in industrial, trade, safety, manufacturing, or related sectors will be highly regarded
