About the role

We're seeking a candidate who reflects these same qualities – someone who takes pride in building trust, delivering results, and representing the Place brand with professionalism and integrity.

Melissa runs a highly process-driven business, so this role will suit someone who appreciates structure and knows that consistency is what builds a real estate career.

As a Sales Associate, you will work side-by-side with Melissa to learn the ins and outs of real estate sales, with a clear pathway to progress into a Co-Agent role for the right person. Team Melissa Brown also carries no more than ten listings at any one time, which means every campaign gets proper attention and you're never spread thin.

Your tasks will be include but are not limited to:

• Lead generation and prospecting for potential buyers and sellers;
• Preparing open home kits and campaign collateral;
• Assisting with open homes and conducting private inspections;
• Managing and qualifying buyers throughout the campaign;
• Scheduling and coordinating client meetings;
• Managing client databases efficiently;
• Participating in photoshoots and staging sessions; and
• Overseeing building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven drive to succeed and an eagerness to grow your Real Estate career;
• Previous experience in real estate or a fast-paced sales environment (ideal but not necessary);
• Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate;
• Current driver's licence with suitable vehicle is essential;
• The ability to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required);
• The drive to meet KPIs;
• Confidence and great phone manner; and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
