Medical Administration Officer

Job Title: Casual Medical Administration Officer – I-TeleRAD
Location: Mt Waverley
Shift Hours:
•    Monday to Friday: 4 PM - Midnight
•    Weekends: 7 AM - Midnight
•    Shifts can be between these hours, with a minimum of 3 hours and up to 8 hours per shift.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Administrator to join us. In this role, you will be the vital link between hospitals and radiologists, ensuring that reports are efficiently processed and delivered. Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Liaise with hospitals and radiologists to coordinate the timely writing and delivery of medical reports.
•    Manage and prioritise incoming requests and ensure accurate documentation.
•    Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and maintain strong working relationships.
•    Monitor and track report statuses, ensuring deadlines are met.
•    Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the department's operations.

Requirements:

•    Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
•    Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Flexibility to work the specified shifts, including weekends.
