Project Officer

As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for the management of key projects, from project quotation through to project completion. 

In this role you will:

• Lead project briefing sessions
  
• Manage project progress
  
• Develop project management plans
  
• Ensure projects meet deadlines 
  
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
  
• Follow up and proactively communicate with National and Global customers
  
• Prepare and review contract documentation
  
• Oversee project documentation
  
• Participate in tender and bid processes such as tender response and management
  
• Manage project risk, reviews, and reports
  
• Secure growth opportunities within projects
  
  

Requirements

• Project officer experience within a Product/Sales environment
  
• Experience with large, complex projects
  
• Experience with quoting and order management and pricing
  
• Problem-solving skills
  
• Interest in technical products
  
• Attention to detail 
  
• Ability to handle complex enquiries
  
• Passion, agility, and an ability to think outside the box
  
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
