Casual Store Team Member - Kotara

6 Month Casual Position | September - February | Kotara

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and switched-on Casual Store Team Member to join our team at our pop-up store in Kotara for a 6 month period (September to February)

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves fashion, shoes and working with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Who you are

You’re someone who is positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in retail and fashion.

You have previous retail experience, with experience in footwear being a bonus. You’re reliable, confident speaking with customers and a team player

You’ll enjoy working in a busy store environment and take pride in creating a great experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service

• Process sales and operate the POS system

• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising

• Receive, unpack and organise stock

• Work collaboratively with the wider store team to achieve sales targets

• Help create an enjoyable and welcoming shopping experience

• Opening and closing the store as required

• Represent our brands in a professional and positive manner

Skills & Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

• Friendly, confident and approachable personality

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Well organised and able to multitask

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

• A genuine interest in fashion, footwear and retail

• Available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and some evenings
